Refund policy

Shop with confidence: as long as it is defective, it can be returned or exchanged.

  1. Please check your package immediately upon receipt to confirm that all ordered items are included. If the item is lost or damaged, please contact us (xcinkjet.shopify@gmail.com) within 3 business days of delivery and we will expedite the delivery of your replacement item.
  2. Except for 3 days for delivery, but within 30 days after delivery, we will replace any lost or damaged items at our expense and freight shipping, but any expedited express shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
  3. After we receive your returned product, the technical support team will complete the judgment within 3 days and process your refund. The refund will be returned to your account in the same way, and will be credited to your account within 1-7 working days.
  4. If the item is damaged, you need to send a photo or video to our technical support team. We may need to show damaged photos or videos in order to properly make a credit claim. Please keep any damaged product until you receive a replacement product. 
  5. Damaged products that need to be returned: After contacting our technical team to determine the products that need to be returned, after our technical team has registered, the buyer needs to contact logistics to send the goods back to our return address:

Note: Please be sure to contact our customer service via email first (email: xcinkjet.shopify@gmail.com), we cannot receive your own returned items.


We try to accommodate everyone's needs as our clients' happiness is our number one priority. We ask that you be patient during our technical support process and note that in order to determine that an item is defective, we may have to test our inventory, wait for further instructions from the manufacturer and work with them, or request our Customers send in samples so we can do hands-on testing and document issues so we can better troubleshoot them in the future.

 

We recommend that you stop using the product as soon as you notice a problem. There is always a process of trial and error when using a new product, but if something goes wrong we urge you to try to save as much unused product as possible.
